Returns & Refunds policy
1. General Refunds:
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Cayzen management. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the booking amount.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Flexible Rate Bookings: Guests who cancel their reservations 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Rate Bookings: These bookings are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (no-show) will forfeit their booking amount. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
4. Early Departure:
Guests who choose to check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
5. Special Promotions and Packages:
Bookings made under special promotions or packages may have different refund terms. Please refer to the specific promotion or package details at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure:
In the event of cancellations due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), Cayzen will review each case individually and may offer refunds or rebooking options at our discretion.
7. Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
