These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cayzen's hostel property.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these regulations. Do not continue to use Cayzen if you do not agree to take all of the regulations stated on this page.

1. Respect for Electricity and Air Conditioning

• Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when not in use or when you leave your room. This helps conserve energy and maintain the hostel's costs.

• Fine for Wasting Electricity/AC: If found deliberately wasting electricity (e.g., leaving the AC on for long periods when not in the room), a fine of ₹500 will be applied.

2. Respect for the Hostel and Other Guests

• We believe in fostering a respectful and friendly environment for everyone. Any disrespectful behavior towards hostel staff, guests, or the property itself will not be tolerated.

• Fine for Disrespectful Behavior: If anyone is found to disrespect the hostel, its staff, or fellow guests, a fine of ₹10,000 will be imposed and possible eviction from the hostel without a refund.

3. Prohibition of Smoking and Drinking

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the hostel and anywhere in the vicinity of the premises.

• Violators of this rule will face strict action, including a fine of ₹1,500 and possible eviction from the hostel without a refund.

4. Check-In/Check-Out Timings

• Check-in Time: 11 AM

• Check-out Time: 10 AM

• If you require early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

5. Early/Unusual Check-In & Late/Unusual Check-Out Charges

• For early check-in or late check-out within 6 hours of the scheduled time, an additional charge of ₹300 will apply.

• For stays extending beyond 6 hours of the scheduled check-out time, full room tariffs will apply.

6. Food Policy

• Please enjoy your meals in the designated dining areas. Bringing food into the bedrooms and carpeted areas is not allowed to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage.

• Penalty for Violations: If food or drink is brought into the bedrooms or carpeted areas, resulting in stains or damage, a penalty of ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 may be applied to cover the cost of cleaning or replacement.

7. Quiet Hours

• Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure that everyone gets a peaceful night's sleep. Loud noise or disruptive activities during this time will not be tolerated.

8. Cleanliness

• Please keep your room and common areas tidy. Kindly dispose of your waste in designated bins. A clean environment is a happy environment for all.

9. Use of Hostel Property

• All hostel facilities are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please use them responsibly. Any damage to hostel property will result in charges for repair or replacement.
